JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication

-Be able to stay in good verbal communication with both tenants and landlord. Customer service with tenants is paramount.

-Be able to check in consistently during work hours for any work orders that have been created.

-Be clear about expectations and feedback toward all processes and work

Solid working knowledge of most home repair and work

-General repair and knowledge

-General electric, plumbing, heat, air, and more specific types of work.

-Be able to paint, drywall, lay flooring, etc.
